2023 sees us expand our Adult Class offering beyond fitness with the inclusion of a new choir!
We aim to provide weekly fun classes based on dance to be true to our roots but with a twist.
Adult classes are for 16 years + and only our Tap class requires previous experience
As the name suggests this is a fitness class based on dance and movement.
No previous dance experience is required for this fun, fitness class.
An hour long class on Mondays at 8pm for the over 40’s
Who doesn’t love the sound made by shoes with a metal “tap” on the heel and toe.
Our rhythm (jazz) tap is widely performed and one that focuses on musicality, most common in your younger dance class.
Tap Attack classes are Wednesdays at 7.30pm and for 16 years +
Experience of previous Tap dance is required
Barre Blast is a fun fitness class based on Ballet.
Ballet moves that mixes cardio and muscle endurance.
During the class you will move fast, from sequence to sequence, with pulsing reps, providing a full body core workout before stretching.
No previous Ballet experience is required. Classes are Thursdays at 7.30pm and for 16 years +
Shine like the star you are meant to be…
A weekly choir for 16 years + with our choir master John McGlone, who has a love of all things theatrical, so think fun musical numbers for ensembles.
Join us on Tuesdays at 7.30pm if you love to sing.
